LaLiga Santander: collaboration agreement between Levante UD and Pahang Rangers FC (Malaysia)

"This morning Levante Union Deportiva (LaLiga Santander) signed a collaboration agreement in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) with Pahang Rangers FC (futsal club), of the Malaysian Super League, whose first team are currently runners up in the league (2019)," announced the Spanish club on 15/01/2020.

"Levante UD will act as sports advisors, sharing their management knowledge and giving sports guidance to Pahang Rangers Indoor football teams by means of the presence of players and coaches in clinics and on campuses in the Asian country, whilst players from the Malaysian club will travel to Valencia to participate in a training programme," added the club.

"The event to announce the agreement was attended by Quico Catalán, chairman for Levante UD, and His Royal Highness Prince Fahad Shah, brother to His Royal Highness Al-Sultan Abdullah of Pahang, current King of Malaysia, and member of the club. The agreement signed today is the first one between a Spanish team and an indoor football club in Malaysia," concluded Levante.
