Ligue 1 Conforama: Olympique de Marseille partners with StadiumGO (carpool application)

Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Conforama) has partnered with StadiumGO, a carpooling application dedicated to sports events, announced the club on 21/01/2020.

"Thanks to the platform, supporters will be able to go to the Orange Vélodrome (66,226 capacity) or any other stadium in France where Olympique de Marseille will be playing, combining conviviality, economy and respect for the environment. This carpooling practice allows each supporter to reduce their carbon footprint, also reducing travel costs, all while starting the pre-match atmosphere we all love in the car," added Olympique de Marseille, the first club to join StadiumGO, which also entered into a partnership with LFP in October 2019 (see below).

"Olympique de Marseille will promote the carpooling platform on all its communication channels for maximum visibility. Ultimately, the club's objective, with this collaboration, is to improve access to the Orange Vélodrome in order to improve the fan experience while limiting the impact of individual travel on the environment," said the French club.
