2019-20 Bundesliga: 5.4 million viewers for Schalke - Mönchengladbach (Matchday 18) on ZDF

FC Schalke 04 - Borussia Mönchengladbach (2-0), on Matchday 18 of the 2019-20 Bundesliga season, drew an average of 5.4 million viewer on the German public channel ZDF, on Friday 20/01/2020 (kick-off at 20:30 CET).

ZDF acquired, for the 2017-2021 cycle, three Bundesliga games (Matchday 1, 17 and 18) per season, for free-to-air broadcast on 09/06/2016.



The audiences of the matches broadcast on the OTT platform DAZN are not communicated. DAZN concluded a distribution agreement with the American audiovisual group Discovery on 18/07/2019. In addition to this agreement, DAZN has exclusively acquired, under sub-licence from Eurosport, lot A of the tender for the Bundesliga's broadcasting rights in Germany and Austria (40 matches per season) for the remaining two seasons of the 2017-2021 cycle.
