Premier League: Nent Group acquires broadcasting rights in Scandinavia (2022-2028)

The free and pay-TV Nent Group has acquired the broadcasting rights to the Premier League in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark for the 2022-2028 period on 06/02/2020. The matches will be broadcast by the group' s streaming platform Viaplay.

Nent Group already holds these rights for the current cycle (2019-2022) in Sweden, Finland and Denmark, while the free-TV group TV2 holds them in Norway over the same period.

Scandinavia is the first market where Premier League broadcasting rights from the 2022-23 season onwards have been sold. The Premier League usually markets these rights over a three-year cycle.
