Premiership Rugby: Z. Clapp and M. Brittain appointed marketing and commercial roles on 24/02/2020

Zoë Clapp and Mark Brittain have respectively been appointed to the position of marketing director and commercial director of Premiership Rugby, indicates the body on 19/02/2020. They will take office on 24/02/2020, under the direction of Darren Childs, CEO since 16/04/2019, to "to help lead the growth of the organisation following investment by CVC Capital Partners (see below)."

"Zoë Clapp, who joins from her prior position as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at BBC Studios company UKTV, will be responsible for marketing and brand, events, communications, social and digital products. As CMO of Premiership Rugby, her goal will be to grow the popularity, reach and social impact of the sport, working closely with the league’s clubs and players. Her first tasks will include leading a full brand and creative review, investing in new insight systems and capability, and growing a world-class in-house marketing and online team," stated the body.
