Major League Soccer: unprecedented coverage across 190 countries for the 2020 season

The 25th Major League Soccer (MLS) season, which begins on Saturday 29/02/2020 and ends in November 2020, will be broadcast in 190 countries and territories, an unprecedented coverage, according to the North American football league on 20/02/2020.

The media and marketing rights agency IMG acquired the international audiovisual rights (outside the United States and Canada) to MLS as well as the matches of the USA national teams (via the United States Soccer Federation), for the 2015-2022 cycle, on 22/10/2014.

Major League Soccer's domestic and international rights are due to expire in 2022.
