Liverpool FC: "Kop Run Jakarta 2020" with 8,000 participants over two distances (5km and 10km)

Liverpool FC (Premier League) will host the "Kop Run Jakarta 2020", consisting of a 5km and 10km race open to the general public in the streets of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, on Saturday 11/04/2020.

The French insurance company AXA, via its subsidiary AXA Mandiri, will be the main partner of the event, which will be the second "Kop Run" held after one in Bangkok (Thailand), which drew 8,500 partipants in October 2019. 8,000 runners are expected for the Kop Run Jakarta 2020, with registration open until 15/03/2020. The registration fee is set at IDR350,000 (€23) and each participant will receive an equipment pack (T-shirt, bag, bib and medal).

"Ahead of the run, on 09 and 10/04/2020, Reds fans will be able to enjoy a whole host of activities, entertainment and competitions in the purpose-built Kop Village at Kota Kasablanka (shopping centre). Following the Kop Run, runners are also invited to enjoy the race village inside the stadium, with prizes available for the top three male and female runners from each distance category," said Liverpool FC.
