Premier League: American Airlines becomes an official partner of Watford FC until the end of 2019-20

American Airlines, a US airline company has become a partner of Watford FC (Premier League) for the remainder of the 2019-20 season, announced the club on 25/02/2020. The value of the agreement is estimated at £250,000 (€295,408 on 25/02/2020) according to specialised media. 

American Airlines has the status of "official airline partner", the second level in the Watford FC's sponsorship hierarchy.

As part of the agreement, the US Airline company will benefit from visibility on signage at Vicarage Road (21,000 capacity), as well as on Watford FC's communication platforms. The London club will be providing a Watford FC channel featuring "club content and highlights" as part of the airline's in-flight entertainment package and will appear on American Airlines' platforms and in-flight entertainment, thus enabling "the Hornets to engage with a significant number of American Airlines customers worldwide," said the club.
