France: sports sector equals 448,000 jobs, including 333,000 (74.3%) in 112,000 companies (BPCE)
The sports sector in France, in 2018, had 360,000 associations (115,000 jobs) with a total budget of €13.1bn and 112,000 companies generating €77.7bn in turnover and 333,000 jobs, indicated the French banking group BPCE in a study entitled "The sports sector takes its mark", published on 28/02/2020.
