Less than 20 clubs are now still being investigated by UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) in relation to the rules of the financial fair-play, British Sky Sports reported on 14/04/2014.

UEFA had requested additional information on 03/03/2014 from 76 out of the 237 European clubs whose accounts were examined. Arsenal, Manchester United, and Chelsea told Sky Sports that they were not under investigation by UEFA.

The CFCB (Club Financial Control Body of UEFA) will meet from 15 to 16/04/2014 in Nyon (Switzerland), the channel indicated, to address the actions to be taken against clubs that have not meet the financial requirements of UEFA.

  • The Investigative Chamber of the CFCB will render its decisions in late April 2014.
    • the Adjudicatory Chamber will render its decisions in June.
    • CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), if necessary, will decide any appeal between late July and mid-August.
