Mediapro France: J-M Roussier to be appointed deputy director for the channels and programming

Jean-Michel Roussier, ex-chairman of the board of AS Nancy-Lorraine (Ligue 2, October 2018 to February 2020), will be appointed deputy director for the channels and programming of Mediapro Sport France, announced the French subsidiary of the Spanish audiovisual group, the holder of the broadcasting rights for 85% of Ligue 1 matches and 80% of Ligue 2 matches (for the 2020-2024 cycle), on 04/03/2020.

The former president of the old French football channel Cfoot (former channel of the LFP) and Onzéo (former channel of the clubs) "will work in close collaboration with Julien Bergeaud, managing director of Mediapro Sport France, on operations relating to the distribution of the future channel and will participate in the development of the editorial line and content. More specifically, his mission will be to set up the production of daily live broadcasts from the clubs," specified Mediapro Sport France.
