Coronavirus: Italy imposes closed doors for all sports competitions until 03/04/2020

All sports competitions, including football matches, must be held behind closed doors in Italy until Friday 03/04/2020. This is the measure imposed by a decree signed by Giuseppe Conte, the Italian prime minister, on 04/03/2020 (entry into force on 05/03/2020), in the face of the coronavirus epidemic which has already affected more than 2,700 people in the peninsula and has already caused 107 deaths.

"All sports events and competitions of all types, whether private or public, remain authorized, but behind closed doors without the presence of the public," specifies the decree.
