DNCG Report: Paris Saint-Germain's revenue excluding player transfers up 80% in 2012-13

The revenue excluding player transfers for Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1) increased by 79.67%, from €222.39m to €399.56m, according to the LFP (Professional Football League), whose DNCG (National Directorate of Management Control) published the accounts for individual clubs for the 2012-13 season on 15/04/2014.

Paris SG however recorded a net loss of €3.51m; this was a decrease of 35.6% compared to 2011-12 (€5.45m).

Its revenue from (national and international) television rights increased by 93% to €90.87m in 2012-13, compared with €47.01m in 2011-12.

Sponsorship and advertising revenue increased by €10m (up 43%) to €35.23m in 2012-13, from € 24.60m in 2011-12. However, this only represented 8% of the club's revenue, compared with 11% the previous year.

  • Revenues from Paris Saint-Germain matches came to €39.92m, compared with €25.35m in 2011-12 (up 57.5%).
  • Other income was €233.55m (compared to €125.43m the previous season, or up 86.4%) and accounted for 58% of its revenue.
