The 2019-20 NBA season is suspended "until further notice" announced the North American basketball league on 11/03/2020, after Frenchman Rudy Gobert (Utah Jazz) tested positive for Covid-19 ( coronavirus pandemic) on the same day.

The Oklahoma City Thunder - Utah Jazz match was canceled just before tip-off. Rudy Gobert was not present at the arena.

The end of the regular season is initially scheduled for 15/04/2020 and the start of the playoffs on 18/04/2020. The teams played (as of 12/03/2020) had played between 63 and 67 games out of the 82 regular season games scheduled.
