Olympique Lyonnais: the club "obviously campaigns for the season to come to an end"

"Contrary to what the sorcerer's apprentices of unhealthy behind-the-scense football show, Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Conforama) is obviously campaigning for the season to come to an end," the club stated on 15/03/2020.

This declaration constitutes a response to a column in the Journal du Dimanche by Jacques-Henri Eyraud, president of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Conforama), who himself reacted to previous remarks made by Jean-Michel Aulas, president of OL, in the daily newspaper Le Monde on 13/03/2020.
