Covid-19: Arsène Wenger and 5 other coaches take part in a FIFA/WHO awareness campaign

Arsène Wenger (FRA), chief of global football development at FIFA, and five other "world-renowned coaches" are taking part in an awareness campaign in which "FIFA has reiterated its support to the World Health Organization (WHO) in fighting the Coronavirus (Covid-19)," announced International Federation said on 16/03/2020.

"We all know the situation with the coronavirus is a serious one, and we need to put health first," said Arsène Wenger. "It starts with your hands. Please, wash your hands frequently, if possible, with an alcohol-based hand solution," added Mauricio Pochettino (ARG), former coach of Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League).

"In terms of social interaction, take a step back. Stay one metre distance minimum from everyone that coughs or sneezes," said José Mourinho (POR), the current coach at Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Also taking part in this campaign are Aliou Cissé, coach of the Senegalese national team, Casey Stoney, coach of Manchester United Women FC and Jill Ellis, winner of the 2015 and 2019 Women's World Cups with the USA.
