Euro 2016: Calendar for final phase to be unveiled at FFF headquarters in Paris on 25/04/2014

The calendar for the final phase of Euro 2016, to be held in France from 10/06 to 10/07/2016, will be presented at the end of the meeting of the steering committee on 25/04/2014 at the FFF (French Football Federation) headquarters, reported Euro 2016 SAS, the company organising the competition, on 17/04/2014.

This is will be the unveiling of how the 51 matches of this new 24-team Euro will be divvied up among the 10 stadiums hosting the competition. For now, one thing is certain: the final match, on 10/07/2016, will be held at the Stade de France.

At the end of the steering committee meeting, a press briefing will be held with: Michel Platini, president of UEFA (Union of European Football Associations); Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, minister of women's rights, urban affairs, youth and sports; Jacques Lambert, president of Euro 2016 SAS; and Noël Le Graët, president of the FF.

The steering committee was created on 21/04/2011. It meets two to three times per year.
