Covid-19: logos, Twitter challenges, nanotechnology... equipment manufacturers are taking action

"The Kappa 'Omini' logo represents our heritage, our strong community values and team spirit that keeps us together. During this difficult time we want to raise awareness of the importance of social distancing," said the Italian equipment manufacturer Kappa on 26/03/2020, which has altered its logo in order to aid the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus.

The French brand Le Coq Sportif is presenting a weekly schedule of activities during the lockdown for its Twitter followers. Sports practice, competitions, drawing contests and videos of athletes sponsored by the French equipment manufacturer, are among the content on offer. Le Coq Sportif also opened an account on the social network TikTok on 26/03/2020 and has been broadcasting "exclusive content and sports challenges" since then.
