Covid-19: LOSC Lille and Boulanger team up to deliver digital equipment to hospitals

"LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 Conforama) has chosen to act and combine its solidarity investment with the Boulanger Foundation, for a large-scale initiative to provide digital and connected equipment for hospitals, healthcare staff and patients," announced the club on 30/03/2020. The Boulanger brand (distribution) has been the main shirt sponsor of LOSC Lille since the start of the 2019-20 season.

"This solidarity initiative, carried out in collaboration with the Fondation des Hôpitaux de France (French hospital foundation), which identified the shortage and formulated this request for equipment, is therefore offering a concrete and effective response to an immediate need of hospital establishments, by enabling the dispatch and distribution in the immediate term of several thousand tablets equipped for videoconferencing to isolated people in hospitals and EHPAD (retirement homes)," added LOSC Lille, while the Covid-19 pandemic has already caused over 3,500 deaths in France as of 01/04/2020.
