AS Roma (Serie A TIM) has officially opened a call centre "for all season ticket holders over 60 who need help in finding food or pharmaceutical products during the Covid-19 crisis," announced the club on 02/04/2020.

"The latest initiative is part of the club's new ASSIEME ('Together') umbrella campaign - a way for Roma Cares (the club's foundation) to better coordinate and communicate the many different activities the club is organising to support fans throughout this emergency period," said the club, while the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has already killed nearly 16,000 people in Italy as of 06/04/2020.

"At a time of incredibly high demand for home delivery services and some possible uncertainty from older members of the community about the operators who perform these services, Roma has managed to create a network of trusted companies that will support the club in assisting elderly supporters. The club's call centre operators will be able to identify the companies nearest to where the Giallorossi supporters live who will be able to deliver or sell the products fans need,…
