Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Conforama), through OM Fondation, is making a €50,000 donation to the "Phoceo" endowment fund, created by the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille (Marseille Public University Hospital System), announced the club on 05/04/2020.

"The funds raised will be used to finance projects and initiatives to support the teams on the front line against Covid-19," added Olympique de Marseille, which at the same time joins the Phoceo patrons committee.

This project is part of a series of initiatives launched by the Marseille club as part of the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic (see below), which has already caused the death of more than 10,300 people in France (as of 08/04/2020).
