eSport: Kia (car manufacturer), official partner of Rogue's League of Legends European team in 2020

Kia Motors, a South Korean car manufacturer, has become an official partner of the American organisation Rogue for its team competing in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) in 2020, announced the eSports team on 02/04/2020. Rogue's European team is based in Berlin (GER).

As part of this year-long partnership, Rogue "has plans for videos, Kia-branded events during LEC tournaments, and some surprises along the way. Kia entered the world of eSports at the LEC 2019 becoming an official automotive partner of Riot Games on 14/01/2019. The manufacturer extended its agreement for the 2020 season on 14/01/2020.

The organization, owned by the eSport company ReKTGlobal, has many celebrities as investors: French NBA basketball player Rudy Gobert, NFL football player Landon Collins, American tennis player Taylor Fritz as well as musical artists Steve Aoki, Imagine Dragons, Nicky Romero, Tainy and Nick Gross.
