Champions League: Nent Group extends its TV rights in Denmark for the 2021-2024 cycle

Nent Group has extended its exclusive broadcasting rights in Denmark for the Champions League until 2023-24 and has acquired the rights to the Europa League and Europa Conference League in Sweden, Norway and Finland for 2021-2024, according to the free and pay-TV group on 09/04/2020.

"Nent Group currently holds the exclusive rights to the Champions League in Denmark, Norway and Sweden until the end of the 2020-2021 season. All matches will be shown on Nent Group's pan-Nordic Viaplay streaming service, with extensive studio programming and local language commentary in every country. A wide range of games will also be available as part of Nent Group's pan-Nordic Viasat pay-TV offering, and selected games will be shown on the Group's Swedish, Danish and Norwegian TV channels," said the group.

In Norway, the TV rights for the Champions League (2021-2024 cycle) have not yet been awarded. The telecommunications group Telia, is said to have acquired the broadcasting rights to the Champions League for Sweden for the 2021-2024 cycle according to Swedish media reports on the same day…
