Covid-19: Eleven Sports is offering free access to its channels in Italy and Portugal until May 2020

Eleven Sports is continuing to offer free access to its channels in Italy and Portugal due to the suspension of sports competitions linked to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, announced the pay-TV group on 09/04/2020. "All subscriptions have been frozen in Italy until 03/05/2020, with Portugal making its full archive of content available free to fans until 31/05/2020."

"Eleven fans can also enjoy new programming in both Portugal and Italy. Portugal are re-airing Champions League matchdays with fresh analysis from presenter Pedro Pinto, and are live broadcasting regular interview shows with well-known stars from Portuguese sport. In Italy, Eleven has launched a new Eleven at Home show with daily interviews from fans favourites from Serie C and D (third and fourth divisions) and new football and cycling programmes," explained the channel.

Eleven Sports Portugal had previously offered free access to its six sports channels to existing and new customers for 30 days (until 13/04/2020) on 13/03/2020. The decision was made in agreement with all the country's telecommunications operators…
