Covid-19: AS Monaco FC launches a fundraiser and donates €50,000 to the Monaco Red Cross

AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Conforama) is launching a fundraising campaign for the Monaco Red Cross via the crowd funding platform GoFundMe, upon which it has made an initial donation of €50,000, announced the club on 15/04/2020.

"The funds collected will be used to support the Monaco Red Cross's projects: the actions being done on a daily basis by its employees and volunteers: call centre, supplying masks and logistical support for vulnerable people: supplies, deliveries of medicines etc. and assistance to its International counterparts," said AS Monaco, which is taking action to support those dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.

"At the same time and in order to help the Princess Grace Hospital Centre, the club, which has offered to make its facilities at La Turbie training centre (Alpes-Maritimes) and the Academy accommodation centre (Jean-Jaurès centre) available, is also committed to blood donation.
