Covid-19/Formula E: marble races to compensate for the absence of the canceled 2019-20 ePrix

The Envision Virgin Racing team launched the Marbula-E series, marbles between the different teams of the 2019-20 ABB FIA World Championship in order to compensate for the absence of the ePrix canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, announced the English racing stable on 04/17/2020.

Envision Virgin Racing is collaborating with Jelle's Marble Runs, a specialist in marble racing, to set up and broadcast events. The first event, the "Paris M-Prix", was held on 18/04/2020. Formula E and all the teams have given their agreement to the use of their name and logo.

The event (qualifications + race) was broadcast on the Jelle's Marble Runs YouTube channel, and recorded more than 366,000 views as of 23/04/2020, while the four Facebook pages that broadcast the race accumulated 530,000 views by that same date. The next race, the Seoul M-Prix, will take place on 03/05/2020.
