eSports: Fiorentina eSports launches the Forza e Cuore Cup tournament featuring 8 Italian teams

The eSports team of ACF Fiorentina (Serie A TIM) has launched the "Forza e Cuore Cup" tournament from 23 to 25/04/2020, announced the club on 22/04/2020. Five other Serie A clubs are taking part in the competition (Parma Calcio, US Sassuolo Calcio, Cagliari Calcio, US Lecce and SPAL 2013), in addition to Chievo Verona (Serie BKT) and AC Monza (Serie C, Italian third division).

"The matches will be played on FIFA 2020 (published by EA Sports) for PS4 (Sony Interactive Entertainment) and shown on Fiorentina's official Twitch channel and the Twitch channels of the other clubs involved. Some of the matches will also be streamed on Fiorentina's official Facebook page," added the Italian club.

"The tournament will take place over two days, with the eight teams facing off on Thursday (23/04/2020) from 15:00 CET in a round-robin format. The best four will then play the semi-finals and finals on Saturday 25/04/2020 starting at 16:00.
