Media: Mediaset increases its stake in ProsiebenSat.1 to 24.9% of the voting rights

The Italian audiovisual group Mediaset has acquired a further 4.1% of the capital of ProsiebenSat.1, which brings its Mediaset stake to 24.9% of the voting rights in the German audiovisual group, Mediaset announced on 23/04/2020.

Mediaset España had acquired 4.25% of the capital (4.38% of the voting rights) of ProsiebenSat.1, which then brought the participation of Mediaset up to 19.35% (20.1% of the voting rights) in ProsiebenSat.1, on 23/03/2020.

Mediaset had already announced the acquisition of a 9.6% stake (9.9% of the voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 on 29/05/2019.
