"Only a blank season has a legal existence, because it is written that only a season which concludes at the end of the 38 matchdays can be validated. Therefore, logically, everything else cannot be validated. A blank season poses problems for many people and clubs, who find this unacceptable, from what I can hear. The government could allow the LFP to change its regulations, in these exceptional circumstances. But, in my opinion, freezing of the results of the 2019-20 season is just as unacceptable as a blank season.
