Covid-19: AC Milan hosts a live charity music event "From Milan with Love"

"To honor and pay tribute to key workers fighting on the front line in Italy and around the world, Italian football powerhouse AC Milan (Serie A TIM) and Roc Nation, the world's preeminent entertainment company, have partnered to create 'From Milan with Love', a virtual live event. The special tribute is to be held on Sunday, 03/05/2020 at 21:00 CET and will feature live performances from a host of global music artists," announced the club the same day.

Broadcast on Tidal (music streaming platform), DAZN and AC Milan's social networks and official app, the event raised funds for Fondazione Milan and Direct Relief, "a global humanitarian aid organization with a mission to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergencies."

This special event hosted by DJ Khaled featured artists such as Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland and Robin Thicke, among others. Several sports personalities also made an appearance, including players Kaka (BRA) and Thierry Henry (FRA).
