Bundesliga: matches behind closed doors on Saturday 16/05/2020, last matchday on Saturday 27/06/2020

Five matches (behind closed doors), including the Ruhr derby between Borussia Dortmund and FC Schalke 04 (Gelsenkirchen), scheduled for Saturday 16/05/2020 with kick-off at 15.30 CET, will be the first Bundesliga matches (and the first of a major European championship) organised since the suspension decided on 13/03/2020 following the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, according to the DFL on 07/05/2020.

The other four games on Matchday 26 (see below), which was the first in March to be postponed, will take place on Saturday 16 (1 match), Sunday 17 (2) and Monday 18/05/2020 (1). This programme and the end of the calendar (document available to download) were presented at the end of an extraordinary general assembly of the DFL, which brought together the 36 Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga clubs via a videoconference on 07/05/2020.
