Brazil: Herbalife to sponsor Flamengo for 2014 season

The American brand of nutritional products, Herbalife, became the sponsor of Flamengo (Brazilian Serie A) for the 2014 season, announced the Rio based club on 25/04/2014.

Herbalife will be visible at all home matches of Flamengo thanks to electronic advertising boards around the stadium, including those played at Maracana stadium. The brand will also be present on the club's training uniforms.

• Herbalife also pays €3.2m per year to Los Angeles Galaxy as their shirt sponsor.
  • both parties are under contract until 2022.
