Axel Dauchez, CEO of Deezer, to step down in September 2014

Axel Dauchez will resign as CEO of Deezer, the music streaming platform announced on 29/04/2014. His departure will be effective as of September 2014. Until then, Axel Dauchez will remain CEO of the company and be surrounded by a strengthened management team, including Marhely Daniel (founder), Chrisopher Coonen (deputy director general in charge of operations), and Didier Bench (chairman of the board of directors).

Tyler Goldman, CEO in the United States, recently joined the management team. "Soon, a new CEO will be announced," said Deezer on 29/04/2014.

"The whole Deezer team and I strongly wish to thank Axel for his work. (...) Today, the management team will continue to develop Deezer's focus on strengthening our international brand," said Daniel Marhely, founder of Deezer, on 29/04/2014.
