Turkey: Beko (home appliances) main shirt sponsor of Besiktas JK for 2020-2022 (€2.76m/year)

Beko, a Turkish household appliances group, has extended its partnership with Besiktas JK (Süper Lig) and has become the Turkish club's main shirt sponsor for 2020-2022. The agreement is worth ₺21m (Turkish lira/€2.76m) per year, according to Turkish media reports.

Beko succeeds Vodafone (telecommunications) as the main shirt sponsor of Besiktas. The telecom group remains however the title sponsor of the Vodafone Park (41,900 capacity) in Istanbul.

The Turkish group was previously a shirt sponsor of Besiktas between 1990 and 2004. Since 2014-15, Beko has been a back shirt sponsor of the club. The Istanbul-based group is also the sleeve and shirt sponsor of FC Barcelona's (LaLiga Santander) training kits until the end of 2020-21 (€19m/season).
