Spain: 160 initiatives in over 50 countries to celebrate the LaLiga Santander restart on 11/06/2020

160 initiatives over the next few weeks in more than 50 countries, with both digital events and initiatives, campaigns with influencers and real events and exhibitions, are part of LaLiga's action plan to celebrate the re-launch of LaLiga Santander on Thursday 11/06/2020.

The Seville derby between Sevilla FC and Real Betis Balompié will mark the return of the 2019-20 LaLiga Santander season after a three-month suspension due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, on Thursday 11/06/2020 (kick-off at 22:00 CET), confirmed Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, on 31/05/2020. The other nine matches on Matchday 28 (behind closed doors) will be played from Friday 12 to Sunday 14/06/2020 (see full programme below).

"The return of LaLiga is already a reality and, in order to warm up, the association of clubs has prepared a series of actions at national and international level that will fuel the desire of the fans for the return of football and will show that #VolverEsGanar ('To Return is to Win' in English, #BackToWin)," said LaLiga on 07/06/2020.
