Deportivo Alavés: a refund, voucher or donation to the Foundation for 2019-20 season ticket holders

Deportivo Alavés (LaLiga Santander) is offering its 2019-20 season ticket holders a refund (for 5 out of 19 matches) to compensate them for holding the last five matches of the Spanish championship season at the Stadio Mendizorroza (19,840 capacity) behind closed doors due to the crisis caused by the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, according to the club on 04/06/2020.

Deportivo Alavés is offering its season ticket holders three other possibilities:
• Transfer the amount owed by the club into a reduction of a similar value on the 2020-21 season ticket.
• Receive a voucher for the amount due (increased by €5 per €25) to be spent on the club's online shop.
• Waive all refunds and donate the amount to the club's Foundation.

"The application procedure for compensation will start on 12/06 and can be carried out until 27/06/2020. The process can be completed through the web page that the club will set up for the purpose, by calling 945 13 91 91 or at the Baskonia Alavés Experience Store by appointment," said the Basque club.
