Premier League restart: Aston Villa - Sheffield Utd and Manchester City - Arsenal on 17/06/2020

Aston Villa FC - Sheffield United FC (18:00 BST) and Manchester City FC - Arsenal FC (21:15 CET) are the first two post-pandemic matches of the 2019-20 Premier League, scheduled to take place behind closed doors on Wednesday 17/06/2020.

These two games on Matchday 28, which had to be postponed because of the 2020 Carabao Cup final (Aston Villa - Manchester City, 1-2, 01/03/2020), are being broadcast in the UK by the pay-TV channel Sky.

The remaining 92 matches to be played in order to complete the 2019-20 Premier League season will be broadcast in the UK by the 2019-2022 English Premier League TV rights holders: 64 on Sky, 20 on BT, four on BBC and four on Amazon.

In the table, Liverpool FC, who are 25 points clear of Manchester City FC (see below) with a game in hand, still need two more wins - or one if Manchester City lose their match versus Arsenal FC - in order to claim the title.
