Serie A TIM: Acqua S. Bernardo (water), chest sponsor of UC Sampdoria for the end of 2019-20

Acqua S.Bernardo, a mineral water brand from the Italian group Montecristo, has become a partner and chest sponsor ("Second Jersey sponsor") of Unione Calcio Sampdoria (Serie A TIM) for the end of the 2019-20 season, announced the club on 18/06/2020.

As "Second jersey sponsor", Acqua S.Bernardo inherits the second level in the Sampdoria sponsorship hierarchy. The Italian brand thus succeeds Invent (energy, ITA), which has been the chest sponsor of UC Sampdoria since an agreement on 08/04/2017. While Invent was a partner of four Serie A TIM clubs during the 2018-19 season (UC Sampdoria, the two Milan clubs and Torino FC), the Italian brand is no longer represented in the Italian championship.

Acqua S.Bernardo is established in the world of Italian sport as a sponsor of basketball, volleyball and athletics clubs. In football, the Italian brand is also a back shirt sponsor of Como 1907 (Serie D).
