Ligue 1/Ligue 2: uhlsport and the LFP present the official balls for the 2020-21 season

The German equipment manufacturer uhlsport and the Ligue de Football Professionnel have presented the official ball for the Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT for the 2020-21 season on 22/06/2020.

"For this new season, the design of the Ligue 1 ball, still named Elysia, has been rethought. While the hexagonal panels, the symbol of France and the Ligue 1 Uber Eats trophy, are used in its construction, this year the ball incorporates a stylised star and new colours: navy, fluorescent yellow and fluorescent red, which set the whole thing alight," explained the League.

"The Elysia ball encapsulates the quintessence of uhlsport's technological expertise. Its exclusive and innovative design was specially developed for the Ligue 1 Uber Eats. Its name, a double reference to the Elysian fields of mythology 'reserved for virtuous men and heroes' and to the place where French victories are celebrated, echoes the Ligue 2 BKT ball: the Triomphéo.
