O. Lyonnais: French State-backed loan of €92.6m added to the €12.9m loan contracted by the LFP

"Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) informs that it has obtained a pre-agreement from its bank lenders and bondholders for the establishment and subscription of a PGE (loan guaranteed by the French State) €92.6m, with a maturity of 12 months, at the end of which a depreciation option of 1 to 5 years may be activated," announced OL Groupe, the club's holding company, on 23/06/2020.

OL will thus benefit from the system set up in March 2020 by the French State for the benefit of companies to help their cash flow cope with the consequences of the crisis linked to Covid-19 (see below). "The legal documentation is being drafted and could be signed during July, subject to the lifting of all the conditions precedent. The funds should be made available after the closing," indicated OL Groupe.
