France: FFF-LFP agreement and 2020-2024 financial protocol adopted by 82.33% of federal assembly

82.33% votes for, 17.67% votes against: the FFF-LFP agreement for the 2020-2024 period and the four-year protocol which fixes the financial agreements between the two bodies have been adopted by the federal assembly of the FFF, gathered by video-conference under the chairmanship of Noël Le Graët, on 26/06/2020.

These agreements, renewable every four years, had already been validated by the board of directors and the general assembly of the LFP on 20/05/2020, then by the executive committee of the French Football Federation on 04/06/2020.

"The new agreement renews the content of the previous one almost identically, with some minor modifications, and the new financial protocol simplifies the flows that exist between the Federation and the Professional Football League," said Jean Lapeyre, deputy director general and legal head of the FFF.
