2.Bundesliga: Erima extends partnership with Cologne, Hummel becomes Sankt Pauli's shirt supplier

The German kit supplier Erima extended its partnership with FC Cologne (2.Bundesliga) until 2017-18, and the Danish brand Hummel extended its contract with FC Sankt Pauli (2.Bundesliga) and became official kit supplier for 2014-15 and 2015-16. The announcements were made on 04/05/2014.

FC Cologne have been under contract with Erima since 2012-13. The agreement is valued at €2.5m per season from 2015-16 to 2017-18. Competing interest from the German brand Jako explains Erima's desire to extend its contract one year in advance. The team, which beat Sankt Pauli 4-0 on 03/05/2014, are the champions of 2.Bundesliga and will therefore be promoted to Bundesliga in 2014-15, after two seasons in the second division. Players wore the 2014-15 shirt at that match. The shirt, similar in design to that of AS Monaco (Ligue 1), is inspired by the shirt FC Cologne wore when they won the German Cup in 1968.

The Danish brand Hummel has provided technical equipment (shoes, bags, etc.) for FC Sankt Pauli since the 2011-12 season, but was not their shirt supplier. Hummel will replace the German lifestyle…
