Aston Villa FC: Cazoo (vehicle e-commerce), main shirt sponsor from 2020-21

Cazoo, a British vehicle e-commerce platform, has become a principal partner (1^st tier) and main shirt sponsor of Aston Villa FC (Premier League) from 2020-21 as part of a "multi-year partnership," announced the club on 29/06/2020.

The agreement applies to all Aston Villa teams (men, women and youth). The logo of the London-based company will also be visible on the club's training kits. Cazoo succeeds W88.com, an online sports betting and gambling operator active in Asia and Aston Villa's main shirt sponsor in 2019-20 (£6m/€6.7m per season). The club announced the end of its partnership with W88.com the day before the announcement of the new agreement with Cazoo, on 28/06/2020.

"The partnership, part of an extensive marketing campaign by Cazoo to accelerate online car buying, will commence at the start of the 2020-21 season," said the club.

The online retail specialist founded by Alex Chesterman also became a main partner (first level) and main shirt sponsor of Everton FC (Premier League) for 2020-2023 and an estimated £10m (€11.2m) annually, on 08/06/2020.
