Ligue 1 Uber Eats: FC Girondins de Bordeaux unveils a new graphic identity

FC Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has unveiled a new graphic identity, announced the French club on 30/06/2020. The Girondins have presented a new logo replacing the previous one which has been used since 2002.

"As we stride into the 2020s, the Girondins de Bordeaux have new projects and new ambitions, inspired by our deep roots in the local area as well as our spirit of openness to the world. The decision to update the club's visual identity, and particularly the club crest, clearly embodies this strategy," said the club. The new logo features "Bordeaux" first and in larger print than "Girondins", unlike the previous one.

"Shared by all of our colleagues and partners, the club's strategy is based on three key pillars:
• Sporting excellence: aiming for regular European qualification.
• Regional identity: as an essential part of the Girondins community.
• A global reputation: Bordeaux's prestigious image all over the world," added FC Girondins de Bordeaux, the second Ligue 1 club after Stade de Reims to have changed their logo in June 2020.
