Spain: LaLiga to build its own official sports complex on the outskirts of Madrid

LaLiga is to construct, in partnership with T3N Sport & Investment (a Spanish agency specialised in the creation and management of sports projects), a sports complex based in Villaviciosa de Odon (ESP), a city located 25km from Madrid, announced the Spanish League on 02/07/2020.

"The facilities, will boast football pitches, basketball courts, a gym, a swimming pool, dining rooms, games rooms, a library and residential facilities accommodating 450 people, among other amenities. In addition, it will have an international school and classrooms for learning and training purposes," added LaLiga.

The opening of this complex, which "will become the official sport LaLiga centre in Spain" is scheduled for the summer of 2021, with work due to begin in July 2020. The facilities "will also make available to clubs, partners, and other entities related to education and sports," added the Spanish League.

• As part of the creation and management of the Villaviciosa de Odon complex, LaLiga and T3N Sport & Investment will sign a 15-year collaboration agreement.
