Valencia CF: launch of an academy in Montreal (CAN) in partnership with Bourget College

Valencia CF (LaLiga Santander) has signed a partnership agreement with Bourget College, an educational institution based in Montreal (Quebec, CAN), in order to launch a new VCF Academy in Canada, announced the Spanish club on 04/07/2020.

"Valencia CF continue the club's progressive international expansion with the VCF Soccer Academy in Montreal, part of a new educational project in which football and pre-university training are closely tied and complementary. The objective is to establish a unique learning programme, in which sporting development is a fundamental part of the culture and values taught to students," added the club.

"Montreal will be one of the host cities for the 2026 World Cup (co-hosted by the USA, Mexico and Canada). The club's new project in the city will be headed by Natalia García -who has ample experience in the VCF Academy. Valencia CF are one of the clubs with the largest growth in North America, with projects in Seattle, New York and Houston (recently inaugurated on 11/06/2020)," said the club.
