Southampton FC: 2020-21 shirts presented via an arcade video game that retraces the club's history

Southampton FC (Premier League) has presented its 2020-21 home shirt made by Under Armour, via an arcade video game that retraces the club's history, on 08/07/2020.

Entitled "Defying the Odds since 1885", the game features iconic moments in Southampton FC's history since it was founded in 1885. The game is accessible via smartphone and has three levels, each of which allows fans to unlock an image of one element (socks, then shorts, then shirt) of the club's new kit.

A final score is recorded for each participant and prizes are offered to the fans who record the best performances: a "video game pack" including a console (PlayStation 4 or Xbox One) and a copy of the FIFA 2020 video game (published by EA Sports), an exclusive tour of St Mary's Stadium (32,689 capacity) with former club player Matt Le Tissier and a player from the 2020-21 squad, as well as signed Southampton FC shirts.
