Ligue 1 Uber Eats: Macron succeeds New Balance as equipment supplier of FC Nantes for 2020-2025

Macron has become the official equipment supplier of FC Nantes (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) from 2020-21 for five seasons (2020-2025), announced the French club on 10/07/2020. This agreement also includes FC Nantes's women's and academy teams. Macron is club's 13^th official equipment supplier, and the 7^th since 2000-01.

The Italian brand has the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Nantes (FRA) club. Macron succeeds New Balance, the club's equipment supplier for the 2018-2020 period (€0.6m per season). The American group had previously taken over from Umbro, equipment supplier for FC Nantes over the 2014-2018 cycle (€0.5m per season).

Macron is thus strengthening its presence in the French championship. The equipment manufacturer also supplies OGC Nice and promoted side RC Lens. With three clubs under contract, the Italian brand is level with Puma, but is less represented than adidas and Kappa (four clubs each).
