IC Markets, an Australian Forex trading company, will become the first sleeve sponsor in the history of FC Internazionale Milano (Serie A TIM) from 2020-21, according to Italian media on 10/07/2020.

It would also be the first agreement made by IC Markets in sports sponsorship. This partnership, initially planned for one season, would amount to € 10 million. This agreement would therefore be a real development on the round sponsorship market in Italy since, by adding up the annual endowments of the 10 clubs with a round sponsor in 2019-20, this total is only around € 5 million (see below). . Juventus FC, AC Milan, SSC Napoli and AS Roma do not display a 2019-20 round sponsor.

This agreement reinforces the sponsorship development strategy of Inter Milan, which recently extended its agreements with Sunning (€16m/season) and which will seek a successor to its main shirt sponsor Pirelli from 2021-22, doubling its annual shirt sponsorship revenue from €12m to €25-30m (see below).
