Twitch: two Olympique de Marseille friendlies to be broadcast by the streaming platform

Twitch will broadcast the first two friendly matches of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) in the summer of 2020 via the club's Twitch channel, announced the streaming platform specialised in video games on 16/07/2020.

The two matches will pit Marseille versus FC Pinzgau (Austrian third division) on Sunday 19/07/2020 (kick-off at 18:30 CET) and SV Heimstetten (German fourth division) on Wednesday 22/07/2020 (19:00). They will also be webcast on OM.fr.

"This is the first time Twitch will broadcast a live match involving a Ligue 1 club on its platform. We are very proud to accompany Olympique de Marseille in their preparatory matches for next season. Football fans have been able to follow their favourite stars on Twitch during the lockdown and can continue to support their clubs on the platform," said Corentin Dubois, partnerships manager at Twitch, on 16/07/2020.
